Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using our online weight loss clinic. By accessing our services or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
Pharmacy Weight Loss Dundee is a GPhC-registered online pharmacy (GPhC No. 9012511) providing weight management consultations and prescription services to patients in Dundee and the surrounding areas. We reserve the right to decline or withdraw services if we determine, in our clinical judgement, that treatment is not appropriate for you. Certain medical conditions or contraindications may make you ineligible for specific weight loss medications.
All prescriptions are issued only after an online consultation has been reviewed and approved by one of our GPhC-registered pharmacists or an authorised prescriber. Completing a consultation does not guarantee that a prescription will be issued.
You must answer all consultation questions honestly and completely. Providing false or misleading information may result in serious harm to your health and may constitute a criminal offence. We accept no liability for adverse outcomes arising from inaccurate information provided by you.
Prescriptions issued through our service are valid for use only within the UK and comply with all relevant medicines legislation, including the Human Medicines Regulations 2012.
Payment is required in full at the time of placing your order. We accept major credit and debit cards and other payment methods displayed at checkout. All prices include applicable VAT where required.
We use secure, encrypted payment processing. We do not store your full card details on our systems. In the event that a prescription cannot be issued following your consultation, you will receive a full refund within 5–10 working days.
Once your consultation has been reviewed and your prescription approved by our pharmacist, your medication will be dispatched within 1 working day. Deliveries are made via a tracked service to your registered UK address.
We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by courier services, incorrect addresses provided by the patient, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us promptly.
You may cancel your order before a prescription has been approved and your medication dispatched. To cancel, contact us as soon as possible via our website or email.
Once a prescription has been dispensed and dispatched, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for prescription-only medicines, in accordance with UK pharmacy regulations and for patient safety reasons.
If your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date and we will work to resolve the matter promptly.
Our services are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment from your GP or another qualified healthcare provider. If you experience any adverse effects or medical concerns while using our medication, stop use immediately and seek medical attention.
Weight loss medications are prescribed as part of a broader programme that may include dietary and lifestyle changes. Results vary between individuals and are not guaranteed.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
